Alok Joshi was chief of Research and Analysis Wing, the external intelligence agency of India. Hailing from Lucknow, he graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru University, (JNU), completed his postgraduation in political science and then joined the Indian Police Service (IPS), Haryana cadre in 1976. He rose through his ranks and later in 2005 became the joint director of Intelligence Bureau, the internal intelligence agency of India. In 2010 he was appointed as a Special Secretary at R&AW. He took over as Secretary (R) on 30 December 2012. Joshi and Amitabh Mathur of 1977 batch of Manipur and Tripura, IPS cadre were the main contendants for the top spot. Mathur had joined R&AW in 1981 and switched from IPS to RAS cadre. However the Prime Minister-headed Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (India) chose Joshi over Mathur because of his seniority.

Bhavin B. Bhansali is a cyber security evangelist with over 20 years of combined IT and Information Security work experience. He has recently Co-Founded a specialised cyber security consulting firm - ProgIST Solutions. Bhavin has a BFSI work experience of more than 14 years and was a deputy to the CISO in the Information Security Group of ICICI Bank. Bhavin was responsible for all key areas of information & cyber security including governance, strategy, incident & vulnerability management and security awareness. Prior to joining ICICI Bank, he was part of the Business Continuity and Risk Management practice of Wipro Consulting.

Samit Anwer is a Web and Mobile Application pentester and researcher. He is an active member of the Null Bangalore chapter and has spoken on various security topics. He is actively involved with vulnerability research in popular Web and Mobile apps and has responsibly disclosed several security issues with Google Cloud Print API, XSS filter evasion on IE 11/MS Edge, code execution on Microsoft Windows 10, and buffer overflows on MS Edge/IE 11.
